Scholarships

We are passionate about nurturing the next generation of legal advocates. That’s why we are proud to champion the cause of educating future injury attorneys through our scholarship program. Designed to support college students across Texas who are pursuing degrees in pre-law or humanities, our scholarship aims to empower those with a passion for justice and a commitment to making a difference in their communities. Our scholarship is open to students with a yearly family income under $50,000, as we strive to break down economic obstacles and foster diversity within the legal profession. At Mission Injury Law, we believe that investing in the education of tomorrow’s advocates is an investment in a brighter, more equitable future for all Texans.

Community Safety

We’re proud of our partnership with local establishments aimed at promoting safety within our community: We are offering vouchers for free Uber rides to customers of participating businesses. Each month, eligible customers can receive up to $1,000 worth of free Uber rides, providing them with a reliable and accessible means of getting to their destination if they’ve had too much to drink. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering safer transportation options and supporting local establishments.

Our Clients

Our cases are not just legal matters; they are causes we wholeheartedly support. We believe in advocating for justice, and making a positive impact in our community. Our commitment extends beyond the courtroom to the causes we support the most – our clients. Whether it’s fighting for the rights of accident victims, seeking justice for the families of wrongful death victims, or standing up against negligence in commercial vehicle incidents, our cases reflect our dedication to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

This law firm pretty much did the impossible with my case. I thought I was going to lose it. But this firm was amazing! They were extremely attentive to me, and worked very hard on it. I would absolutely refer anyone to them!

Will Clark

Will Clark is a hard-working and aggressive Texas trial lawyer. He prides himself on always putting his clients first and stopping at nothing to make sure they get the results and respect that they deserve. Will has fought against trucking companies, private prisons, large industrial companies, commercial bus lines, the big insurance carriers, and more to get justice for his clients. His results speak for themselves, as he has won numerous Top 100 personal injury jury verdicts for the state of Texas.

Will is a proud member of the Texas Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, and the Christian Trial Lawyers Association. Will currently serves as the Vice-President of Public Affairs for the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. Prior to founding Mission Injury Law, Will worked for a prominent defense litigation firm in Beaumont, for a federal district judge, for the State Office of

Administrative Hearings in Austin, and for a high-powered personal injury attorney in Laredo, Texas.

Will Clark was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, a city known for its industry and for its hard-working residents. Will left Beaumont for an honors program at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in both Economics and Humanities with Special Honors, Will accepted admission into The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, which is consistently ranked as the best law school in Texas and one of the best in the whole country.

Due to his success and passion for advocacy, Will was inducted into the prestigious Order of Barristers, a national honor society for individuals who excelled in advocacy and service that recognizes the top 10 advocates in each law school class, and he has also been honored by the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, which selected him as the recipient of its Advocacy Award.

Will spends his free time with his wife Victoria and their dog Birdie.

Noah Lombardo

Noah is a trial attorney with Mission Injury Law, and has been practicing law since 2016. His background includes insurance litigation, worker’s compensation nonsubscriber litigation, commercial litigation, DTPA disputes, and maritime law. While Noah is grateful for his experiences, he grew tired of representing and answering to insurance companies as part of his practice, and in 2023, he made the switch to plaintiff’s personal injury litigation to represent individuals, and fight to get them the compensation they deserve. With experience on both sides of the docket, Noah possesses unique skills that allow him to handle tactics often employed by insurance companies, navigate the litigation and negotiation process, and represent his clients to the fullest.

Noah was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas before attending college at Texas A&M University, where he served as the risk management director in the university’s popular (and free) sober driving organization. After graduating from A&M;, Noah left the state of Texas for a time to attend the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Colorado. He has lived in Austin since 2021 and holds law licenses in both Texas and Colorado.

Noah is a member of the Capital Area Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association.

In his free time, Noah enjoys running Austin’s town lake trail (and being crazy enough to run the occasional marathon), live music, and traveling the world when his schedule allows. In the summer, you’re likely to find Noah out on the lake or in one of the many swimming holes in Central Texas.

Amanda Hazleton

Amanda has more than 18 years of experience in personal injury litigation, having represented both injured individuals and those on the defense – individuals, companies, and insurance companies. Every bit of that experience has fueled her passion for fighting for what is right and just. In 2020, Amanda joined Mission Injury Law founder Will Clark to exclusively represent those seriously injured as the result of someone else’s actions or failure to act. Amanda and her team advocate for their clients, which includes guidance to navigate the process of dealing with adverse parties and/or their insurance companies, and most importantly, the path to healing and recovery.

Amanda is a proud member of San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association (Director), San Antonio Women’s Bar Association, San Antonio Bar Association, Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association for Justice.

Amanda began her legal career in St. Louis, Missouri, after graduating from St. Louis University School of Law. She moved to San Antonio with her husband Greg in 2009 when he took a fellowship at Trinity University. They fell in love with South Texas and have lived and worked here ever since. Amanda grew up in Springfield, Missouri, and graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with her B.A. in English and a Journalism Minor. She also met her husband while at Mizzou. They enjoy live music, road trips/walks/hikes with their two dogs, travel, visitors, and Amanda loves to pretend she is an excellent chef.
