Your Texas advocates for justice and compensation. With a relentless commitment to our clients and a deep understanding of Texas law, we’re here to fight for you every step of the way.
At Mission Injury Law™, we’re not your typical law firm. We’re exclusive, dedicated solely to handling serious cases, particularly drunk driving accidents, crashes caused by dangerous company drivers, and wrongful death. We’re lawyers for people who don’t like lawyers. We offer a fresh approach that prioritizes compassion and understanding, ensuring that every client feels like family.
Noah is a trial attorney with Mission Injury Law™, and has been practicing law since 2016. His background includes insurance litigation, worker’s compensation nonsubscriber litigation, commercial litigation, DTPA disputes, and maritime law.
He specializes in non-subscriber work injury cases, third-party work injury cases, and workers’ compensation retaliation cases. Over the years, he has handled thousands of cases and achieved significant victories against some of the largest companies in the country.
We are passionate about nurturing the next generation of legal advocates. That’s why we are proud to champion the cause of educating future injury attorneys through our scholarship program. Designed to support college students across Texas who are pursuing degrees in pre-law or humanities, our scholarship aims to empower those with a passion for justice and a commitment to making a difference in their communities. Our scholarship is open to students with a yearly family income under $50,000, as we strive to break down economic obstacles and foster diversity within the legal profession. At Mission Injury Law™, we believe that investing in the education of tomorrow’s advocates is an investment in a brighter, more equitable future for all Texans.
At Mission Injury Law, we’re committed to keeping our community safe. That’s why we sponsor free sober rides from two local events each month where alcohol consumption is common. Our goal is to help prevent impaired driving and promote responsible choices.
This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering safer transportation options and supporting local events.
Our cases are not just legal matters; they are causes we wholeheartedly support. We believe in advocating for justice, and making a positive impact in our community. Our commitment extends beyond the courtroom to the causes we support the most – our clients. Whether it’s fighting for the rights of accident victims, seeking justice for the families of wrongful death victims, or standing up against negligence in commercial vehicle incidents, our cases reflect our dedication to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Noah is a trial attorney with Mission Injury Law, and has been practicing law since 2016. His background includes insurance litigation, worker’s compensation nonsubscriber litigation, commercial litigation, DTPA disputes, and maritime law. While Noah is grateful for his experiences, he grew tired of representing and answering to insurance companies as part of his practice, and in 2023, he made the switch to plaintiff’s personal injury litigation to represent individuals, and fight to get them the compensation they deserve. With experience on both sides of the docket, Noah possesses unique skills that allow him to handle tactics often employed by insurance companies, navigate the litigation and negotiation process, and represent his clients to the fullest.
Noah was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas before attending college at Texas A&M University, where he served as the risk management director in the university’s popular (and free) sober driving organization. After graduating from A&M;, Noah left the state of Texas for a time to attend the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Colorado. He has lived in Austin since 2021 and holds law licenses in both Texas and Colorado.
Noah is a member of the Capital Area Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association.
In his free time, Noah enjoys running Austin’s town lake trail (and being crazy enough to run the occasional marathon), live music, and traveling the world when his schedule allows. In the summer, you’re likely to find Noah out on the lake or in one of the many swimming holes in Central Texas.

During law school, Josue gained invaluable experience clerking for the Honorable Judge Emilio Garza of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
After law school, Josue began his legal career as a felony prosecutor at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. There, he successfully tried numerous jury trials and rose to the rank of Chief Prosecutor, where he was entrusted with teaching trial strategy to fellow prosecutors.
Since 2014, Josue has focused his practice on representing injured workers and workers who were wrongfully terminated because they suffered a work injury. He specializes in non-subscriber work injury cases, third-party work injury cases, and workers’ compensation retaliation cases. Over the years, he has handled thousands of cases and achieved significant victories against some of the largest companies in the country.
