Your Texas advocates for justice and compensation. With a relentless commitment to our clients and a deep understanding of Texas law, we’re here to fight for you every step of the way.
Our cases are not just legal matters; they are causes we wholeheartedly support. We believe in advocating for justice, and making a positive impact in our community. Our commitment extends beyond the courtroom to the causes we support the most – our clients. Whether it’s fighting for the rights of accident victims, seeking justice for the families of wrongful death victims, or standing up against negligence in commercial vehicle incidents, our cases reflect our dedication to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Recognizing the devastating impact of drunk driving on our community, we understand that it is not enough to simply hold intoxicated drivers responsible. Mission Injury Law goes above and beyond to promote awareness, education, and rehabilitation programs aimed at preventing future tragedies. We take the fight to the irresponsible bars, restaurants, and package stores that habitually overserve obviously intoxicated patrons, putting profits over public safety. With Mission Injury Law, you can not only focus on healing and rebuilding your own life, but you can also help prevent other families from suffering the unnecessary trauma of a drunk driving crash.
We understand the unique challenges that arise when individuals are injured by commercial vehicles. Whether it’s a trucking accident, a company vehicle, an Uber or Lyft driver, or an accident with a package truck from UPS, FedEx, or Amazon, the consequences can be severe and life-altering. At Mission Injury Law, we tirelessly dig until we uncover the root cause of commercial vehicle crashes, because driver error is often the result of a deeper problem like a failure to drug test drivers, a corporate culture of pushing fatigued and overworked drivers too hard, or negligent maintenance resulting in dangerous equipment. At Mission Injury Law, we fight tirelessly to protect your rights and to hold all responsible parties accountable for their actions.
The sad truth is that many employers view worker injuries and fatalities as a cost of doing business. The blue-collar men and women who work all day in the hot Texas sun deserve our respect, so we demand that they receive the support and protection they are entitled to by law. Our experienced team specializes in handling work injury cases, advocating for workers who have been harmed through no fault of their own, typically from a failure to provide necessary safety equipment or training. At Mission Injury Law, we work to make job sites across Texas safer, so that hardworking men and women can make it home to the families they labor so hard to support.

Will Clark is a hard-working and aggressive Texas trial lawyer. We are passionate about nurturing the next generation of legal advocates. That’s why we are proud to champion the cause of educating future injury attorneys through our scholarship program. Designed to support college students across Texas who are pursuing degrees in pre-law or humanities, our scholarship aims to empower those with a passion for justice and a commitment to making a difference in their communities. Our scholarship is open to students with a yearly family income under $50,000, as we strive to break down economic obstacles and foster diversity within the legal profession. At Mission Injury Law, we believe that investing in the education of tomorrow’s advocates is an investment in a brighter, more equitable future for all Texans.
We’re proud of our partnership with local establishments aimed at promoting safety within our community: We are offering vouchers for free Uber rides to customers of participating businesses. Each month, eligible customers can receive up to $1000 worth of free Uber rides, providing them with a reliable and accessible means of getting to their destination if they’ve had too much to drink. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering safer transportation options and supporting local establishments.
