“Win with Missions” Contest – Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION

The “Win with Missions” contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Mission Injury Law (“Sponsor”) and is open to attendees of the San Antonio Missions’ home games during the 2025 season. During each home game, fans will have the opportunity to enter the Contest. One (1) eligible entrant will be randomly selected after each home game to win a $100 Visa Gift Card (the “Prize”). Once entered, participants remain in the drawing for every home game throughout the season—no need to re-enter at each game.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Mission Injury Law or the San Antonio Missions are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Fans must attend a San Antonio Missions home game.

During the game, fans can enter the Contest by submitting their information (name, phone number, and/or email) via the provided entry method (digital or physical form).

One entry per person for the entire season. Once entered, participants remain in the drawing for every home game. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

After each home game, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries submitted. The winner will be notified via phone or email by the day following the game. The winner must present their valid game ticket stub (digital or physical) to claim the Prize.

5. PRIZE CLAIM AND REDEMPTION

The winner must pick up their $100 Visa Gift Card in person at Mission Injury Law’s office, located at: 3510 N St Mary’s St, Suite 100, San Antonio, TX 78212

The winner has 72 hours (3 days) from the date of notification to claim the Prize.

Failure to claim the Prize within the 72 hour window will result in forfeiture. An alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. GENERAL TERMS

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates the Official Rules.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or errors in the selection or notification process.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Mission Injury Law, the San Antonio Missions, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the Prize.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Participant information collected in connection with this Contest will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
